These recipes are making my teeth ache to be honest. Never was much of mars bar fan and the mars bar vodka just makes me feel queasy, but hey, enjoy:D
  • Make a chocolate sponge, melt the mars bars and pour over the top for a lush pud - for a really posh pud add raisins and rum with the mars bars and melt all together ........... Oh my poor waistline but so worth it
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

brother put 1 or 2 in his smoothies.

I roughly chop a couple and add to a basic sponge mix to make some muffins.

I remember when I was a kid my mum did fried filo parcels with chocolate bars and nuts, sprinkling cinnamon sugar once cooled. Also I remember making a mix of broken biscuits, dried fruit and nuts in a dish pouring melted mars bars with added plain bars of chocolate over then putting in the fridge.

Oh one thing I do remember is to prolong the life of the mars bar from my brother we put them in the freezer instead of the fridge.

    :)

Obviously I've not tried this myself as it's too big .... and I'd be the size of a planet as I'd eat the lot within a day.

I think I've found next year's birthday cake!

Chop up 2 of them and stir into a pint of hot custard until melted. Pour into dishes and leave till chilled. Decorate with a swirl of cream.
