Sainsburys Interview

I finished my 2 days of induction yesterday and have one day of till training to do tomorrow (today I am going to my 'other' job!!) I have to admit that I am pretty exhaused as the days were pretty full on. Sainsurys, like most other places, operate a Think 25 policy and I think that is what worries me most. Oh well, I have to admit that I am looking forward to a day off next saturday
Happy days0 -
Just wanted to add my congrats. You must be feeling so good right now:beer:0

I really wished we did have a Think 25 policy.
Before I left Sainsbury's we were still on Think 21. With Think 21, if you're not entirely good with ages then someone who you're thinking "Are they over or under 21? I can't tell!!" has a good chance of being under 18. However someone you're thinking "Are they over or under 25? I can't tell!!" has a very low chance of being under 18, so you could let them through without worrying. In other words, don't worry about it.
Congrats on getting through the induction btw :T, it's very intense.0 -
Oh yes, I agree, induction is very intensive!! Well, did my 2 days of induction and my 1 day of till training (going ''live'' in the afternoon, very scary) and today is my first proper shift. 10am till 4.30pm. My days of having a 3 day weekend are FAR behind me!
Thanks all
