Went to Tesco today and bought one each of the Herbal Essence shampoo and conditioner with the 200 extra points. When I got home I noticed that instead of getting 400 points (200 for each item) I had only got 200. There was nothing showing on the shelf to say you had to buy 2 - has anyone else had this problem?

Totaling the till will more than likely work. If you have any coupon that doesn't scan you should always ask them to total the till and try scanning again.

The actual deal is that you have to buy 2 to get 200pts however some stores have not put said yellow label on the SEL only the 200pt offer label.
You will see on the reciept that it says 200pts for 2 HE however return to the store & have them award you another 200 because they have advertised it per HE not per 2 regardless of what the reciept reads.

I have done this 'several' times this week.

Trying to catch up and came to this post...def will do you a Pikapak info post PC, will have to wait until tomroow, just back from long day out at Meadowhall...went to see my mother in Doncaster this morning( she's nearly 90 and is fit as a fiddle) and hubby fancied a travel blazer and some chinos...he got neither..all he got was 3 pairs of socks............. and I got 2 fab pairs of shoes...seems fair to me!!!

I've just checked my receipt and I never got the points for my Granny Smith's ALL the other apples on offer say "Buy 2 for xx points" Granny Smith's say 50 points when you buy them.

What if Customer Service refuse to add the points? I read on here that someone was told they would be added next quarter (I think)
