    Hi All,

Can someone please pass me a large stone to crawl under:embarasse. I’ve tried to develop a thick skin and to be confident when using MOC’s in Mr T’s, but I feel I may have to give up.

Did a small shop today £11+, tried to pay with 4 different Picapak coupons, Finish Rinse Aid (you’re right bullshot, it is the Rinse Aid) and KoS. SA Accepted Rinse Aid but not KoS (something about not being available yet!) .:confused:Then, even worse, Picapaks wouldn’t scan!! None of them, all different barcodes, all in date - just wouldn’t scan!:confused:

Checkout Manager came over and said they couldn’t accept them as they wouldn’t scan. I smiled weakly and said “how odd, I’ve not had a problem with them in the past”:embarasse. It went from bad to worse with CO manager then saying they could only accept one per shop anyway and me wimpishly trying to convince him otherwise. Left store with my tail between my legs wishing ASDA would accept moc's again:embarasse:embarasse:embarasse.

Any ideas why Picapac wouldn’t have scanned please?

Ooooh, I've just noticed I've changed from a newbie to a convert and grown a Star :j
Did you present the right coupon. As you know there are 2 different ones on the pic a pacs. The 50c Euro for the ROI. Maybe thats the problem????:D:D:D

    Hi Guys!

("something about not being available yet"!)
This is exactly what happened to me to today, and Nikki is right, had the SA totalled the til, there would have been no problem and all the subsequent MOCs would have scanned.

Don't lose heart - setbacks like this happen, but you know now that if the til beeps when you know it hadn't ought to, just ask the SA politely to press total - it usually works!

btw Pik-a-paks scanning fine about an hour ago....If you tell us the barcodes of those that wouldn't scan then will be able to confirm whether they should scan:beer:[/QUOTE]

    Thanks M4rtin. They were

I've used them before without any problem, so couldn't understand why they wouldn't scan:confused:

Olipot and Old_Trout - Although I knew I'd handed over the right ones I had to check in my purse just now - just to make sure (crisis of confidence):rotfl:.

Yep they are fine so undoubtedly the till needed Totaling as stated above - Next time it happens just tell the SA to press total, some SA's seem to know how to get the till to do this to prevent you using moc's  (esp Old Trouts!!) [Sorry OT!)
:p:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS! :p:p :rotfl:;)

If anyone actually want to try the Suso drink - Mr Ts have 2 cans for £1 at the mo - normally 77p each. If you use both 20p coupons then thats just 60p for 2.

    HTH someone

It you buy 2 cans you can use 3 coupons. (40p for 2 cans);):D

To all those who have now managed to print the Huggies coupon, did you press the "no it didn't print" so it would print a second one.

 it will have the same PIN number on it....so will not be redeemed to the store..... I wouldn't advise it;) if you like your current store policy:confused:

I think you can VC, cut & paste from smartcoupon to our personal email :-

"You can only retry the online print up to the maximum number of times specified, but you can always request them by post"

Dr WW, the option is there to RETRY if there has been a problem printing the original coupon, not REPRINT....I very much doubt that any retailer will be re-imbursed for a duplicate coupon....I would still advise against it IF you want your coupon policy to carry on as it is. Think of the bigger picture...........

    cut and paste from T+C:p

What does the bar code of the pik-a-pak coupons start with? 99? 98? If they start with 99 then they should scan. If the start with 98 then that is euros and won't scan. If they did start with 99 then I would write Nestles a letter explaining what happen and stress your embarrassment caused due to them not scanning and see what they send you for compensation. I have what I thought was a £3 Finish Rinse-aid coupon that is actually 3 euros which I am going to send the coupon to the manufacturer with a letter of complaint.;)
