But I think I would email back and say you were planning to make use of the 'free trial' as advertised, and buy the paper with your vouchers each day. You understood that the cost of this might be £1 but apart from that it was completely free to try.
Say please let you know if you have misundertood the offer. The subscription - whilst an add-on to the free trial - seems to be a different thing with no obligation to take it up? It's unfortunate you have had to cancel but have no option, and didn't realise this would mean you couldn't buy the paper using your free trial vouchers either. Maybe add that you have used 3 or 4 of them already in good faith...
(Sounds like they are fed up with us all doing this and are clamping down!).Princess_Coupon wrote: »I think maybe the next lot has been just despatched (the after trial pay for ones), see if anything comes in the post in the next few days.
Thank you so much for all your very helpful messages its really great to have so many friendly people on here to help. Luv ya all
I think I will email them back and go along the lines of all the suggestions and see what response i get. I havent actually used many of the vouchers as some i wasnt able to as they came late and some were expired already and i gave 7 days worth away to another helpful mser for next week as I am going on holiday so I actually still have most of them.
So hopefully its like you say princess coupon the £89 they are talking about is for more vouchers on the way for (the after trial pay ones) which i will of course send back recorded delivery.
will keep you posted
thanks again0 -
Can coupons be used to be stamps? What are the exclusions? Thanks0
