Dear Miss **********
Thank you for your email addressed to Sir Terry Leahy, to which I have been asked to respond.
I am sorry for the constant problems that you are experiencing when redeeming your coupons, especially internet ones at our ******* store. Please accept my sincere apologies for the upset and inconvenience that this matter has caused you.
Our Coupon Policy is as follows:-
COUPON POLICY
• For all Tesco issued coupons the customer must buy the product.
• We accept branded coupons for all products stocked by Tesco.
• For all other branded coupons eg Persil, a customer can use one of any branded coupon without buying the relevant product. If they have 2 of the same branded coupon, then the customer must buy 1 of the relevant products – this means for each different branded coupon we are giving the customer 1 chance to use the coupon without buying the product.
• There is NO limit on the amount of branded coupons a customer can use at one time. They can pay for all their shopping using branded coupons if all the coupons are for different products stocked by Tesco.
• We DO NOT accept other supermarket product coupons eg 50p off Coke at ****** (competitor).
• We DO accept supermarket conditional spend coupons eg Save £5 when you spend £50 at ***** (competitor).
With regard to the acceptance of internet coupons, we will accept these as long as the serial numbers are different and stores should understand that customer’s home printers will vary in quality. They should be accepted on the same terms as pre-printed coupons in that we accept 1 for a product not purchased.
I hope this clarifies our position in this matter.
Kind Regards
Sharon Sparks

I have managed to start printing couponnet coupons again :j:j,having been blocked since the Warburtons episode. [only printed what codes I had, just used loads of bread, as did the other family members] Spoke to couponnet direct, nice guy looked into my details saw I used lots of coupons, & agreed to unblock my details. said there had been a blanket blocking due to abuse of the system. He could see although I had printed alot, there weren't duplicated ones. If anyone is still blocked, it may be worth phoneing couponnet direct, the number is on their website, good luck if you try!!!!!2011, this will be my year .0

Hey guys, just wondering is anyone is having any problems printing out coupon net style coupons today?
I'm on a new computer/laptop and have just printed the entwine and go ahead and some of the info appears to missing - the barcode number/block of text on the right/valassis code number which normally appears under the safe coupon tick icon
Happy couponing
