To be fair Moyilla, they are only trying to make sure that other customers (the genuine one that reads the paper :rotfl:) gets to buy it as well as doing their shopping. Can you imagine how frustrated it could be when you go in & try to buy a newspaper & there is none left!

My T only allowed each customer (like moi) max. of 2. same papers.

I don't have to imagine, I know what it's like, each time there is a Tesco offer on in The Mail or a conditional spend for Lidl etc the shelves are bare so that is why I decided to go early.

I just think people are heavily abusing promotions/coupons etc and genuine honest peeps are being penalised instead of the dishonest ones being banished from Mr T's

But that is just my view and goodness knows what else is happening in stores around the country

Why should I not reply if someone's again attacking me?

I notice you and several others shut up very quickly when your mate was attacking and swearing at me yesterday.

Does anyone know whether the Good Food mag (on the shelves) def has the VIP pass in? My local T`s doesn`t sell it, but I`ll go further afield, if it does have it in there -would I need to buy 2, though? So many questions, so few answers...story of my life, really!:confused::confused:

Can't close the drivel thread anyway, cos where would blue get all her jokes for the pub from

For anybody going to the GFS in Birmingham, that is where a lot of chat about it is also.
According to Princess Coupon's post on the mag thread, the shop good food mag does not have the VIP pass in
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Re the magazine coupons - i sugested they be removed as soon as they were posted, as they are a policy stopper.

The fact they remained up just made me think that some people on here are not as anti-coupon abuse as they claim.

We know that people are using this chat forum to carry out coupon abuse, and therefore need to be diligent about the coupons we post.

Simply posting dodgey coupons and then asking people not use them is madness.

very well said TS been saying the same meself...the disclaimer of "please only use when buying the product " etc was never gonna work and was prob a red rag to a bull, shame no-one had the balls to remove them earlier

sorry to hear that numps but you wont be the only one...the chickens are definately coming home to roost and will be coming to a store near you...

Seems that too many people on here for some reason are taking offence at somebody's opinion which is not meant to be offensive.
This is (in my opinion) meant to be a thread that is an exchange of views, wether we agree or not.
I hope that we can get back to all having an opinion which countss wether we agree with it or not.:D
Happy couponing and lets hope the Mail Mocs are as good as the previous:j:j

so before the flaming begins I would like thank to blue for the above disclaimer....

These questions are consuming me at the moment I am on a mission to get 2. I checked a copy in Tesco yesterday Pink kindly said it was on page 126 but there was only an offer to subscribe I looked at page 127 but maybe didn't look close enough:confused:.
The problem is it's in a bag cause it comes with a free receipe leaflet:rolleyes: so I had to open it to get the mag out :o and didn't want to spend too long messing about with it. Looks like I'm going to have to open another to recheck :o:o:o:o. The problem is there is often subtle differences between the shelf and sub copy.
