About 3 weeks ago i had about 10x£1 vouchers,sa was scanning them when a old jobsworth came over with sheet of paper(think she was there to check change in till etc)anyway she watched sa put all vouchers through and got hold of one and said we cannot accept these(internet coupons)i said they did last week after i checked with cs beforehand and they said it was ok,she took one to another member of staff and showed her it but she couldnt give a yes or no,anyway she gave back to sa and said just continue with transaction and i will check later with cash office if these vouchers are ok,i assured sa it was ok as last week everything was ok and i got my £10 off,on way out i went to cs and asked about internet coupons again they said yes they are ok,well tell lady over there she just gave me hard time using these.
Went to tesco yesterday and got same sa today as last time when jobsworth was sticking her nose in,handed over £5 & £4 in internet coupons 5xsame brand&4xanother brand,he asked if i bought product i said no well i can only accept 1 of each.thanks mrs old jobsworth:mad:

When not buying the product £1 off Colgate toothpaste and £1 off Colgate mouthwash in the same shop is acceptable within the policy, 2 x £1 off Colgate toothpaste or more is not, or otherwise you could print thousands and clear the shelves:rotfl:

Your all really kind :o I stopped projectile vomitting yesterday and can even keep down water:jI think I'll just be feeling a bit cack for a couple of days. Got uber trouted today by store manager but I'm too depressed to talk about it, I will mention one part though the only good bit, she refused my £5 off £25 non food said I hadn't bought any, I said I had, shampoo, loo roll etc, that's not non food she said, I leaned forward and used the most sarcastic and condescending voice I could manage in my fragile state and said CAN YOU EAT EM!?!(blank face) well lets see if the till takes it, it won't if I haven't met the requirements . It did of course much to her disgust but that was the only point poorly princess scored. I nearly screamed don't you know I've been ill take all my MOC's NOW!:rotfl:

Aww, you poor thing! I'll give you a pat on the back for being such a great couponer and for venturing out in your fragile state.:T Hope you are feeling 100% better soon.

Although I did visit a store whilst on my jollies where the policy was only to accept 1 coupon per manufacturer - so I could only use 1 cif coupon and 1 domestos. So many variations from what the policy actually is - no wonder people get trouted so much. Surely it would be much easier for everyone (including Tesco) if all stores actually stuck to the national policy.
  • Hi Guys
    Get well soon poorly peeps.
    Herbal essense update:
These are "buy 2 gets 200 points" for 400 ml conditioners and shampoos. Went in to T's today and the tickets under the products said "£3.26, 200 points" - with no mention of having to buy two.
I bought 2 (to go towards the £2.50 health and beauty DM moc) and got 200 points which is what the deal is supposed to be. CS checked the shelf and gave me an additional 200 points. Nice one. Only paid 50p for £10 of products, plus 400 points.
I think the "buy 2 get 200 points" ends today so stores are removing shelf labels in preparation - so might be worth checking your store today if you're going in.
NB According to tesco.com these will be BOGOF as from tomorrow.

    Hi MEMBER02
Welcome to the thread. When you say 5 x same brand and 4 x another brand, are these all for different products? If not then you can only use one of each different coupon, unless you are actually buying the product.

If you've got more than one of the same coupon, either buy the product or just save it and use it another day!

Go through the first few pages of the thread carefully so that you're sure of the policy and can maximise on the benefits - knowledge is power!! If you do something that is against the rules your store might clamp down and stop them altogther which would be a shame not just for you but for all the store's MOC users.
