VC - just wondering if you'd mind reminding me of the site where all Mr Ts extra clubcard points on items was listed.

You posted it a month or so ago and I made good use of it but cant for the life of me see where it was

Have had a flying look back through posts and can't find. Much appreciated as always :T

Sorry, searched a bit harder and found it. Thanks for posting originally anyhow VC

No on different days, the SA I got yesterday was unsure about taking it after I told him they did - showed him my 3 seperate receipts - and called for Deputy Manager who said no and told me they were accepted in error and asked if I wanted to give him the money back - in front of other customers

EDIT FROM COUPON-MAD, HERE'S MOYILLA'S FULL POST FROM THE OLD THREAD:

    'Evening everyone,

Hope you all had a good day? Another bummer for me, I really am fed up with it tbh.

Long story short, SA wanted to check if he could accept the £5 Lidl coupon. Told him I had them accepted 3 times this week as a "Non - Scan Coupon" but if he wanted to check that was fine.
Guess who came when the light was put on..................yep my new best friend the Deputy Manager  (3 customers behind me to in a nice long line :o)

"No you can't use them here" he says. "Here is my 3 receipt's showing that the coupon was accepted" I said. He never looked just said "Well they were taken from you wrongly. You can pay me back the money if you want"

    I was like this :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

I turned and looked him in the eye and said "No problem, if there is an error on my part I will of course rectify it, hang on I only have a £20 note can you give me £5 change?"

"No it's fine it's fine" and walked away.............. I was so embarrased, even the SA didn't know what to say.

I wish CS would hurry up and reply to my email '

Shocking! You are not having an easy time of it in your local store are you moyilla?

Keep the faith (and keep the policy with you at all times). Stay confident that what you are doing, using one of each NSS moc, is OK and that conditional spends from other supermarkets are OK too.

Most of us on here have endured all sorts of run-ins with Managers in the past. It usually gets easier as time goes on IMHO, because if you always stay calm and show the policy then - in the end - some Managers, cashiers and Supervisors will remember that you know the policy and will hopefully stop giving you grief.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • I received mine too. Nice surprise as I had completely forgot about them:T

A big thank you to honey, pc and vc for all your hard work & dedication. Much appreciated :A

I am considering going to the GFS in November. Are you all staying in the same hotel, if so which one

We discuss the GFS on the drivel thread so we don't clog up the main thread

Nope I'm not but I hope I can learn from the challenges and it will make me more confident :T

It was the only thing he could challenge me on as I did not use 1 printable/internet Moc, all I had were newspaper & Manufacturer Moc's.

He will be telling me next that I can't use those  Thanks for the advice :D

Are you using the one I sent you, cos my scans without a problem? If you are, it maybe your printer or your printer settings. Make sure when you print it that it is on the best quality print. HTH
