I had the same problem today, KOS wouldn't scan even with the hand scanner, lovely SA tried it a couple of times but it just wouldn't work for her so I thought the same as you it must be blocked but it seems to be working for others. I've not had a problem before but I've always printed from the link on the first page but for some daft reason I've never saved it. The one I used today was from a word doc that someone sent me when the moc first appeared so i don't know if there's a problem with that but I can't see why there should be. Thought you'd like to know it wasn't just you Bullshot.

Can I just say a huge thank you to everyone that posts on here.

I have been couponing for just over a year now, and I keep a record of most of my savings. Today I have just added them up and I am astonished at what I have actually saved over the past year. For the 1st 8 months or so I only used coupons a few times a month, so most of my savings have come during the last few months, and whilst what I have saved is probably nothing in comparison to what many save, it really has helped us a great deal (especially the last couple of months where things have been a bit tight).
I know I couldn't have saved anywhere near what I have without the help of everyone on here, and also the help I have had by PM too.
So thank you to each and everyone of you :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T

It was the one closest to me olipot not your usual...used it there no probs the other day( same day i rang you)...have used this KOS printed from saved PDF everytime i have shopped and never had it blocked before...perfect clear print, but even keying in the barcode would not work
....am going fishing on Tuesday so will call for Anglers Mail and Angling Times and try and use it then...fingers crossed , can't lose another £1 moc so soon after Pizza Express has finished....

Anytime a coupon doesn't scan you should ask the cashier to total the till and try scanning it again. This is usually the problem and not the coupon being blocked.;)

Not sure if it's been confirmed yet or not, but the £5 off clothing from todays DM won't scan against anything else, but the £5 off non groceries WILL. No problem with the KOS either :beer:

Evening everyone

Just a quick post from me, well done everyone on combining the Mail coupons :T

I am absolutley gutted. I never got yesterday's or today's Mail's due to 5 of my 7 having really bad vomiting. It started yesterday afternoon, all through the night and right up to 20 minutes ago :rolleyes:

I am drained, I feel like a nurse and my tummy is sore :eek::eek::eek:

So I am in coupon mourning :rotfl::rotfl:

Did that....but still not accepted...Sa tried everything to take it but message on his screen thingy implied it had been blocked...can't remember exact words he used....
