    I want to say a massive thanks to coupon mad :T:T for all the help and info regarding what and how to say it at a shop which won't take mocs. I went today to an extra that previously refused mocs even when buying, Before shopping I went to Customer Service Desk with my letter from Sir Terry and asked for the Duty Manager. Then I said "coupon mad told me to say :p are you following Tesco's coupon Policy whereby I can pay for all my shoppinng with coupons if they are in date and all different etc" and when he looked a bit blank, showed him the letter and he said Yes :j Got £39.46 worth of shopping for 10p which included 4 x discovery so £8 worth off mocs to get back, 200 extra points for herbal essence and a daily mail :D Blue well chuffed, 4 big extra's now sorted :beer:
    Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

    Very well done Blue! :T

    Just be prepared, on your next visits you may have to repeat the mantra and flash the letter at other DM's before they accept your mocs without too much hassle. You will crack that store completely in the end I reckon, one DM onside is a very, very good start.

    It will be downhill all the way now I hope, especially with a letter from Sir Terry tucked in your moc wallet!

    Thanks to everyone re the apples thing.. :beer:

    We had a Fab shop yesterday - £32 shop for 18p :beer::j:j:j
    The girl on the checkout was lovely and happy and helpful .. She did the farmfood voucher (With help of manager as she never had one before)

    When we finished we had a few mocs left so hubby gave them to the guy next to him to use.

    Anyway we have had a really bad few months with one thing and another and i am a big believer in Karma and we do our best and go out of our way to help others etc..

    Just checked my email and i won £120 on last nights lottery so paid it to my mam off what i owe her.. :D:D:D I think the light at the end of the tunnel is finally showing..
