Thanks for this, gave me to confidence to give them a quick ring this morning, spoke to someone who said I need to email him personally with an explanation as to why I was printing more than I should (only did about 15). Fingers crossed I can use again! Nicola x

Where do you ring - my couponnet printing is blocked from home, but not work (Luckily), even when uninstalled and reinstalled. I did print some off Warbies but only about 30 coupons so not masses like some others did. I am quite stubborn and happy to go through palavar to get my ISP unblocked!

Hi peeps don't pick on me, I should have printed it off when I saw it on here....( that's if I didn't imagine it) did someone post a reply they'd had from Tesco re Farm Food coupons? I'm sure I read it on here ....just went to my local T's and used a £2.50 of £25 spend no probs at all.....then after lunch as I had still got some Daily Mail mocs to use went to the Tesco ' olipot'( my friend) went to the other day , she used her Farm Food no probs....i handed mine over and SA says can't be taken at the till anymore have to go to CS...1 of my Mail mocs wouldn't scan either so had to take them both to CS to get my £3.50( £2.50 FF and £1 Mail for £5 spend on cooked meat and pate)...gave me £1 no probs, but refused F/Food as no barcode...I asked for manager...duty manager came down and he sent for checkout supervisor...both said they'd never seen them before....I asked her to ring Dundee...took ages but then finally was told it was managers discretion ....manager came over...he said he would say 'yes' if he was told they could be taken....I told him I knew they could be taken as have seen it on here and have used them before etc.. etc... so he gave me the £2.50 and asked if I could print it off for him.....then checkout supervisor found a copy of the latest policy but no mention of Farm Foods....where did I see it peeps? I haven't dreamt it, have I? Please HELP!!!

Mine too arrived today ....want to use them for GFS....:T
  • Yes you can use Farmfoods coupons - even though no barcode they just have to put through as non scan and enter manually. I actually did quite well last week - I had £4 off when you spend over £40 from last weeks tesco receipt and I spent £55, so keyed in Farmfoods over £50 spend and then used £4 off spend over £40 - £9 off in one easy step!

    Dear ******

    Thank you for your email.

I appreciate you enquiring whether we accept Farm Foods conditional spend vouchers.

I've looked in to this for you and would like to let you know that a number of stores have reported customers presenting "Farm Foods" conditional spend coupons which do not have a bar-code. These coupons have details of different frozen food products on the reverse.

I would like to let you know that a decision has been made to accept these coupons and stores should process these in the same way as all other competitor conditional spend coupons.

I'm also pleased to confirm that we're accepting coupons for the other major supermarkets, both in-store and for our online Grocery service.

Just hand your coupons to your driver when your groceries are delivered. The money-off coupon will be refunded to your payment card within 14 days.

There are some conditions for using these coupons, so I've listed them below.

We can only accept other major supermarkets' branded coupons for money off your total transaction.
We cannot accept coupons valid only for specific products or departments.
We can only accept up to £15 worth of coupons for one delivery.
You must have met any requirements on the coupon, such as a minimum spend.
We can only accept them against Grocery deliveries. We can't accept them for deliveries from our other online stores.
We may refuse to accept coupons if they appear to be damaged, defaced, altered or copied.

This offer applies for a limited period only.

We cannot accept coupons for purchases of tobacco or infant milk formula.

Unfortunately, this offer isn't available with Tesco.ie.

I hope this information is helpful. Thank you for taking the time to ask us about this.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us at customer.service@tesco.co.uk quoting TES*******X.

    Kind Regards

    Kavitha Shadaksharaiah

    hi bully,
this may help..( quote from op, "ofalot") from newspaper thread.
That is what I was told (and posted) a couple of days ago. And he guy I spoke to called my local while I held, and positively confirmed mine accepted it. Then yesterday the first lady I spoke to at T's CS called me back, as she had promised, to say that yes, Tesco take the Lidl voucher. But this evening my local T refused it. The checkout lad had called a superviser as I had used the Lidl and Farm Foods vouchers - and not some bloody-minded jobsworth, but a superviser I've known for months, who educates the SA's in accepting coupons, as in "if they have actually bought the product, you can accept TWO coupons." She's good! But this time she was adamant - they have been refusing the Lidl coupon all week, can only authorise what is on their list (Farm Foods is, BTW). I explained my conversations with Tesco Dundee CS, and she said I could go with her to check with "upstairs" but I had no time. Not leaving it there though... the saga will continue.(end quote)

edit.............oh, well done g/girl..............yours is much better. goood luck

that is the link it was originally reported on, and still works for me...just printed another 2:beer:
Thanks for this. I presume you printed two by saying that the intial print didn't work? Can't they spot duplicate printouts, or am I just being paranoid?! And did you have to change computers to get round the 'maximum printed' problem? Sorry to be dim...
