hi vodafone rep ...
i was wondering if i may ask you some questions regarding your very poor service my wife has been experiencing from your good selves ?
my wife's phone has been cut off because your sales rep took the wrong house number , we then had to drive 32 odd miles to the shop because some one is too thick phone the shop or phone our house phone to talk to us , but to send a txt message to my wife's phone telling her what to do is a insult , also being told that the phone comes with a 16 gig memory card , and only to find it does not is also very disappointing .
the card is a bug bear i can live with , but not haveing the decency to phone us to talk instead of us haveing to phone your unhelpful member of staff , who insisted the only way we will get the phone turned back on is to drive 32 miles to produce id that they had copy's of in the shop .
also we were quoted 35 a month for my wife's contract , first bill was 60 odd quid !!! and now you seem to be charging the misses insurance that i was not told about or consented to . we are on a strict budget , and this has not helped . why were we misold insurance ?
i would love to know what you have to say or would advise !!

Go and complain on the vodafone forums (forums.vodafone.co.uk), they are pretty good at replying there (that doesnt stop vodafone from being crap though lol).

Hi haggisAThome,
Just thought it'd be polite to acknowledge that I've seen your thread today and while I can see that initially things weren't looking good I'm pleased to see that you've been able to get this sorted out.
All the best.

we had a phone call today from one of your csa,s asking if all was ok and why we had not payed the bill , even though your automated system told us the payment was being processed , and no notes were put on the account saying what the credit on the account was for or some one did not know how to use the system ?
not a complaint but merely a criticism , just like the company i work for . its nice to see a open approach22864 quid and counting , but now proud to be dealing with it :j
