T-Mobile payment limit exceeded - not allowed to top up!!!
Hello,
My boyfriend is in Cuba & we text each other constantly. I have been topping up his PAYG account from here but I have spent around £110 in the past month on roaming texts & I am no longer allowed to top up! I tried a few times on the website before calling them. They say that because I made a top up only 2 days ago I will have to wait a whole month from that date before I'm allowed to do so again! I have a very good credit rating & no problems with my bank/ credit card accounts. What can I do? I could send another sim but post can take 3 months plus! They say it's due to possible fraud. I just want to keep in touch with my boyfriend & unfortunately there isn't a cheap option with Cuba. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.:silenced:
