    With the threat of court and numerous letters from my solicitor Mark Warner finally paid the £500 as compensation for the ruined holiday.
    Their letters were most disrespectful & rude towards my solicitor (an expert in travel law) and myself. I will never holiday with this company again (it won't be around for much longer the way it is going)

    I read with interest that MW is trying to sue its own insurance company for a loss in business!! Maybe it should concentrate on looking after its customers then the business will take care of itself.
