I was looking at the horseahome site yesterday as requested, and my computer froze as I was commenting on it here. Lost the post, don't know whether to blame your site or my son

Anyway, as I recall, I felt that there needed to be more lefthand menu links to help you jump about the long pages, or at the very least regular 'jump to top' buttons, so that when you have scrolled down and down and down and down and down to the bottom of a long page, you haven't then got to scroll all the way up again!

BTW, I'm using Mozilla Firefox and until it froze I was quite happy. Except that the Order Form seemed to be blank - was that deliberate?

You are right there should be more buttons on left - think we have too much info on the mobile shelter link so will get that broken down.

The order from definitely should not have been blank - it opens with acrobat and have just checked it and it seems ok at the moment.

By the way, we are total novices at this website game - we paid a chap to build the site but I have no access whatsoever to our site and suddenly realised if he disappeared that would be it!

The number listed is my personal mobile No. As i am mobile speaking and meeting with clients it is the easiest way to get hold of me to place orders or ask questions, I can of course leave a landline number, but all you would get then is either re directed or the facility to leave a message!

To sum up, I believe you think the number is a premium rate No, It is NOT

OK, sorry to panic you, the order form is OK now, could have just been my computer working at its tolerance levels, I really must reboot it after my son's used it.

Better to realise NOW that you would be up the creek without a paddle if your website chappy disappeared than after he has done so ... but look at your contract and get a "If the website chappy falls under a bus then this is what happens" clause written in ...

OMG I am soooooooooooo thick!!! Just read your post again and realised what you said - please ignore me!!!!
By the way I have altered the site and split the pages up into more catergories to make it easier - just as you suggested - many thanks for that!
