Upcyle them! Turn them into t shirt yarn and use the yarn for crochet/knit projects.

Cut into long strips - start at the hem and cut round and round in a spiral. Thin strips can be knitted into shopping bags, cushion covers, pet blankets, dishcloths. Thick strips can be plaited and stitched to make hard wearing rugs.Short thin strips make good plant ties
Cut in half along the side seams, remove any buttons and use as window drying cloths, floorcloths, car polishing cloths - well washed cotton tshirts are better than any bought duster!
Plain Tshirts - sew up the neck and sleeves and stuff with bits and pieces before sewing up the bottom - use for cat or small dog beds.or make some draught excluders
Lag your pipes with them during winter.
Peg them out on your washing line when you are going away for a few days - will fool any casaul burgular into thinking someone is home - or coming home.
Wear them for doing really dirty jobs - changing the car oil, sorting out the compost heap and when dirty - toss them rather than wash them
Wear them as an unseen insulation layer in winter
Pure cotton Tshirts scraps will compost down...
Donate them to a charity shop - whats too scruffy for you to wear may be just the thing for mechanics/steelworkers/farm workers looking for cheap tshirts for wearing under work overalls:heartpuls The best things in life aren't things :heartpuls

Hello OP,
If you're anywhere near me (North Lancashire), I'll have them for painting shirts for my class!
...seriously, I'm trying to gather together about 30 adult T-shirts so I can let all my kids paint at once.
They're perfect as they are quite long but easy to put on and cover most of the uniform very effectively.
I think you should ask round the local primary schools to see if they might be required there.
