Vodafone Friends & Family Question

We have currently got 3 phones on contract on one account (3 different numbers:)). I have been online to try to get F&F for 2 of the phones (so the kids can call their friends) but it only seems to be registering one of the numbers for F&F. I have entered the security code but don't really want to proceed if I will only get 4 or 6 for the whole account instead of 4 each.

Does anyone know the answer to this?

every number can sign up to a friends/family deal for £5 or £7 (4/6 people respectively) but can also be a member of another line's F+F setup.

So A gets F+F for B, C, D and E

and D gets F+F for P, Q, R and S

and R gets F+F for D, X, Y and Z

A, D & R all pay a fiver each a month, but D should drop R from their list, or R should drop D from their list, as the other's setup allows them to call them for free anyway, in the same way that D gets to call A for free.
