SKY's TESCO GIFT CARD OFFER

I recently joined SKY TV and part of the new subscriber offering was a £25 Tesco Gift card (they are still offering it). Has anyone had trouble getting this from SKY? They say they will send it within 30 days of activating your viewing but in my case they did not. Inspite of e-mails to them I still have not got it.

I signed up for Sky (with Sky Sports) in early September, and still haven't gotten the promised 50 quid tesco giftcard. :embarasse Anyone got it? How long does it take?

i signed up at the end of september and have not recieved mine but i seem to remember something about giving 30 days after first conecting the sky box

I signed up for Sky TV over a month ago, and did it online as there was an offer for a free £50 tesco voucher if you signed up on line with Sports, Movies etc. They say in terms and conditions that they will have voucher sent out within 30 days of activation. Well I was activated 35 days ago, and still no voucher. I have called Sky to complain, and the person wasn't to helpful.

SKY has therefore breached their own terms and conditions, which i find totally unacceptable. Getting people to dign up for high cost subscriptions by offering deals like this, and then not delivering, is disgraceful, and I feel that I should be compensated with more than just an apology, (although the actual voucher they owe me would be a nice start)

To add insult to injury, their website complain form doesn't seem to work (keeps telling me to type in descripition of my complaint, whihc I have done, but keeps saying in red to enter description!Aaargh!

Has anyone encountered a similar problem, and do you have any advice for me?the current deal for signing up online is a $25 M&S voucher.

My advice would be to relax and wait as little longer - five days is nothing and I think you are probably being a little impatient imho.

About 4 years ago, I recommended a friend to sky and then you got something like £25 Marks & Spencer vouchers each. Despite phoning several times to enquire, never got them !!

Well I have politely written to sky asking them to send me wahat is owed to me as per their own terms and conditions.

I pay my £60 monthyl subscription on time, so why can't they keep up their end of the bargain?

Same here. Joined 24th June this year. No sign of the £50 tesco voucher yet. Phoned them about 3 wks ago to wait for 30 days to be sent out.

I'm patient I can wait for as long as they like...I'll phone again and just keep phoning till you get it...:mad:

LOL. So what about everyone else on here then? Sky are notorious for being quick to take a payment, and damned slow to send cash the other way.

Well, having written to Sky to complain that i had not recieved my £50 Tesco voucher, I got a call from them today saying that they would sent to me within 21 days, and they have added £20 to my account as a gesture of good will/by way of apology.
