My question was what is the name of the painting by Leonardo that hangs in the Uffizi in Florence that critics regard as one of his earliest works?

Hi all, I've figured out most of these puzzles myself but this one has me stumped. There are so many things to search on.

Can anyone get their head round it please?

There is a painting of the Head of Medusa in the Royal Uffizi Gallery in Florence, usually attributed to Leonardo. What is its catalogue number in the 1890 catalogue of the museum?

    They're having a larf aren't they?

    Thanks for any help.
Answer is 1159 :) Hope that helps
