Thanks to everyone for their help on puzzles and questions.

Today's puzzle is the debris clearing thing.
Once you've completed it, the question may be based on the Numismatic Chronicle

    My question was:-
According to the Numismatic Chronicles, during which reign was the rare fleur-de-lis groats of Stirling struck?

    Answer: James II

Hi all, I've figured out most of these puzzles myself but this one has me stumped. There are so many things to search on.

Can anyone get their head round it please?

There is a painting of the Head of Medusa in the Royal Uffizi Gallery in Florence, usually attributed to Leonardo. What is its catalogue number in the 1890 catalogue of the museum?

    They're having a larf aren't they?

    Thanks for any help.

Had a really pants time tonight, it kept telling me I didn't have any valid pairs when I was down to two smudges!! Then I got to an impossible question so I thought I would start all over again, big mistake - no valid pairs again:rolleyes: , then finally got to the end and got the same question as Moomin :j :j

    And my question is:
Leonardo da Vinci's painting of The Adoration of the Magi hangs in the Royal Uffizi Gallery in Florence. What is its catalogue number in the 1890 catalogue of the museum?

Anyone any ideas? Its not 1!

    Gave up! Far too hard!
