I don't think they ARE breaking their terms. Their T&Cs state that you can only win one minor and one major.
If this competition was worded well it would say claim instead of win. If it was run well you would only get the pop-up for your first £50. But we all know it isn't a well thought out competition. That's why we're all here all the time.

If they honour the 2nd/3rd/etc £50 wins I'll be very happy and £75 better off (my own code and a share). But I don't actually think they should.

I am going to send my unclaimable WEMs to them and ask them to re-allocate the wins. And then just hope they go to someone on here.

Dont ask me the 7 lists I started with earlier have now turned into 9 and cant do them quick enough, peeps have mine for 5 minutes and then say "I'm done"!!!

And McVities said this to whom and when? How reliable is your source? I'm not calling anyone a liar but a lot of stuff gets posted on the internet that's not always 100% true.

Take that rumbling the other week about McVities asking for all those wrappers - to this day it's never been confirmed by the original poster or the person who repeated it on here, despite being asked to confirm it.

I'm only asking you these questions because the rumblings of blaming McVities further down the line regarding the t&c's that everyone knows about and yet still wish to stretch "slightly" really doesn't cut it.

Lets take the scenario of Miss Smith winning £50. She wants more. She drops three £50 and then gets £500. She claims the £500, but mcVities can see the dropped £50's. They only have to check 50 winners a day - that's not a huge task. They ask her why she hasn't claimed. She says she wanted the biggie and she says the t&c's says she can only win a major and a minor. Straight away McVties say ---- so you read the t&c's then? Where does she go from there?

I know people weren't happy with the rule changes. They affected a lot of people, but I can't see how people can argue their case without letting on they knew about the rule changes if the've been dropping wins before claiming the biggie, if you see where I'm coming from.

I'm not trying to cause trouble. It's just that I think a bit deeper about things and the different scenarios that can arise.

I also apologise for the use of the word sap. It wasn't meant as an insult. My bad.:(

Well Im off to bed now I give up - after hours at this I am convinced that more people have started to enter, word has got around and its too hard to win!! Ive done most lists but to those i have not PM'd will do them first thing - I have 2 new codes does anyone want them before I go and I have 7 old ones - let me know I am off in 5 mins as I have to be up at 5am for work
