    People have been winning.
The computer system comes up with "Winner" although that doesnt mean any money will be sent through the post after the checks have been made.

They check that each code has been used fairly and no money is sent out until the winning packet is received by them.

It will block you if you have been sharing codes??

I am allowed to share codes with people in my household am I not. Is this an official fact from Mcvities? If so could they put it in the terms and conditions once and for all. All these newbies saying they know about the rules all of a sudden is very weird.
  • That's actually not true.

I have been moaned at for quoting the rules about other stuff, but sharing in itself is not breaking any rules.

The T &Cs are on the website if you want to go check.
T&C are that a normal packet can be used 5 times.

So how can that code be shared fairly if you have used your quota?

I'm not sure how it can do that Ruby.

    What would trigger the block?

They can't block the codes themselves as the same codes are available nationwide as they are not unique. That would be very unfair indeed if they were to do that and would probably get investigated themselves for running an unfair competition.

If it blocked names and addresses then some of the recent winners on here wouldn't have won.

It can't block IP addresses as that would be unfair on people who are on providers such as AOL and Virgin, as many of them use the same IP address.

I can't think of another block they could use.

You cant share a code with your family, with your friends or a stranger in the street.

The computer will check ANY winner to ensure that the codes have been used the allocated number of times only.

That has to be rubbish I was just in the shop sorting through packets of biscuits trying to find some with different codes at least three packets the same. On a production line hundreds must be made with the same time code there isn't a little old lady packing them by hand like the Shredded Wheat knitters

Have you looked at any codes?? In ny Co-op, nearly a whole shelf had the same code, so how many times will that code get used?
