moneymakestheworldgoround, not sure if you got my last pm but I'm still disputing with mcvities.. I've never recieved an email back from them so my OH is dealing with it all over the phone.. not getting very far but have sent loads of wrappers off to mcvities today in the hope they can sort something out.

I still think they've got the 2 £500 wins mixed up but they're really not making it easy so all I can really do at the moment is apologise, I did send a PM explaining though & am trying my best, promise to update when I her back regarding all the wrappers sent today:(
