hey guys i had an emergency, so had to travel. I left about 2 weeks ago and only came back on tuesday. i won twice out of people's codes and never recvd any email with a winning ref number. was wondering if anyone had this happen to them

Oh my god i'm shocked!!!

I really feel for you laura especially as theres nothing that you can do about it for now but like spidy says try not to stress about it too much. It could do more harm than good.

I'm sure they can tell you which wrappers you won on cause didnt they tell pigtails what her winning wrapper was??

Let us know how you get on and i'm sure we could all pool together and see if we have any wrappers xx

Surely they have to tell you what the winning pack you should have sent in and proof that the one you sent is incorrect.

Did you do a screen shot when you won telling you how much. The ref number is on there

checked but messages only from 01/10/2009. i wrote it on a paper so i guess i have to continue looking for it. how fustrating

I'm keeping all my wrappers until its all paid & suggest everyone else does just in case of problems and as Jodester says in case we need to help each other out.
