GRRRRRRRR I'm having an absolute nightmare!! my OH has had emails from Mcvities saying the wrong pack codes were sent out so they won't be able to issue wins.

I know for a FACT the right packs were sent out as they were from other peoples codes & I sent them straight on to Mcvities when I recieved them!!! plus I double & triple checked them.

Its for big wins too :mad::mad::mad: I wish I had taken photos.... I don't know what I can do? they won't give the codes that I need either so how am I meant to know?? problem is the wins are both in my OH's name but at 2 different addresses so even though they were won on different days before the T&C changed I dunno if they will be very helpful...

ETA: does anyone have a telephone number to contact mcvities through as its taking ages through email & they're being really unhelpful!

:eek::eek::eek:oh my days should of known they'd do something like this! Did you ask what codes they want then? How do they know which one it is? Reckon they trying to get out of paying up, dont give in hun!!

What? They can't do that. It seems like they're trying to get out of paying. ARGHH. Their number is 0500 011 710, i really hope you get this sorted out.

Yeah I asked but they're being awkward so wanna speak to someone & have a go! all they have given me is the date of the wins which is how I know which ones they are as I have a spreadsheet which lists all the details!

I'm so peed off because I KNOW I sent n the right packs, I even have a column on my spreadsheet confirming the code I sent & confirming it matches the winning code! The wins were from end of August...

I really think they have messed up.. has anyone else recieved emails from them? I was relying on the money now since it has been so long since I won I just got used to the fact that it was on its way iykwim :mad:

mcvities are seriously peeing everyone off they cannot run a organised competition at all.

I just feel really stressed as theres people counting on me!! This is one of the original emails from Mcvities... was sent 2 with different dates on.. I hope nobody else has this trouble as it really is ridiculous!! Going to demand they tell me what pack I was meant to send in, they must know if they are so sure I sent the wrong ones!!
