I have come across a few of these now mostly via ads on FB, are they kosher?

They are contract phones, which usually have a skyhigh ripoff tariff.
if your after a contract and you have bad credit your best bet would be a sim only such t-mobile solo or a cheap 3 contract, i was accepted by them last month and my credit is the worst you could come across, i got a SE G502, unlimited texts, 75mins, unlimited internet and free msn for £15pm, went through quidco for 40 odd quid and £30 account credit when a mate let me use his number for refer a friend.
