It's only available online. I did contact their site asking when they will get new stock, they are a huge business, as they should know when they are expecting their TVs in. It does seem strange that they are offering one of the only TVs that happens to be out of stock at the moment.
Thanks for all the replies I think I'm going to call tomorrow and take the money, get another TV. To be honest I can't stand living with my broken TV any longer, it's driving me crazy. All of the new TVs have better specs than our current TV, and size isn't really an issue anyway. It's just that replacement-wise we wanted to get the best offer, and the TV they were offering was pretty impressive compared to what we could buy for £1500.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. What TV was it? I looked online and could only find a Samsung 46 inch series 7 in that size around that price.
It's a very good TV.
The thing about coming into stock, JL don't give a concrete date for coming back into stock, because every shop is dependant on the suppliers, and if they don't give a concrete date or don't honour the shipping dates, it causes huge problems. Samsung last year had a terrible job meeting demand for their TVs causing a month long gap in getting stock.
I'd personally take the 1.5k and get another TV with a 5 year guarantee rather than 1 year with a 7, because as nice as samsungs are, the LED ones aren't the most reliable at the moment.0 -

Thanks, yes I agree, I will be calling the manager today to say we've decided on the money. It was a Sony Bravia 52 inch they were offering. Originally it costs £2799, now it's on £2299, but out of stock. But like everyone said, it could go bust in a year and I'll be in the exact same predicament, I'd rather have a cheaper TV on 5 year guarantee for piece of mind. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
