Orange Bill?

Can anyone help - I ordered a orange contract phone in Feb had it delivered and had minutes topped up etc but no bill yet - how long do i have to wait?

You should have had several bills by now! Maybe they have your address details wrong? Phone them (especially if you need the bills for cashback claims)

they may have you down for electronic billling where you will be able to view your bill on line

this will probably be the case if you ordered via their website

if not call the billing dept 152 off your handset foc

I got my phone in Feb and I'm on my 3rd bill by now! All online though!!!

Hi - no they have taken no money from my account I keep checking. I dont want to contact them incase they find out I have not paid anything yet. I set it up over the internet - dont they just take the money straight away with a direct debit - they have sent me no bills either.

I think u should stop worrying and just enjoy the free contract while it last. Dont over use your allowance though ...u dont want to draw unneccessary attention to urself

i had the same problem with orange!! i have now paid but for some reason i never get a bill, i have tried phoning and emailing requesting a bill every month but it just falls on deaf ears,

yep just leave it, if they send u a bill 4 the whole amount kick up a fuss and u should get money off!

let us all know how u get on. might help other members out. my friend is in the same boat had his phone since jan wiv no bill. he is worried theyll take all the amount at once will that happen?
