As usual with this show, I just don't see where all the money went. £170k on a single storey extension, an ensuite, and redorating a few other rooms? They already owned the kitchen units, which saved a major expense.

I didn't see anything there that couldnt have been done more cheaply with a big modern glass conservatory and a few grand spent on plumbing and kitchen fitting. Refurbing the other rooms could have been done by the couple themselves a bit at a time.

Next Weds it's a new series of LLL - no doubt Kirsty will be saying, "There's never been a better time to buy".

Not too keen on the show kitchen they have bought. Maybe it will look better once it has been fitted.

It did look better once it was fitted but not my cup of tea. Now gorgeous George definitely is......
