A "leading housing market commentator" aka Ray Boulger of charcoal mortgages?

He works for a mortgage broker !!!!!!.

What he means is "please take out a big mortgage and support the housing market or I may lose my job"

    f*cking joker.

Doomers are those telling everybody that every day from now on a house will cost them more ... and more ... and more.
    THAT'S gloomy!

Way too early to be saying things like this. The housing market simply cannot recover, (if that's a legitimate word), until the economy does. The economy is still on it's way towards the bottom of the graph, and by all accounts will be until mid 2010 earliest.

Why are bears doomers? They want a stable economy and markets, and affordable housing for all so that families can raise their children without them turning into latch key kids.
