Way too early to be saying things like this. The housing market simply cannot recover, (if that's a legitimate word), until the economy does. The economy is still on it's way towards the bottom of the graph, and by all accounts will be until mid 2010 earliest.Pants0

Why are bears doomers? They want a stable economy and markets, and affordable housing for all so that families can raise their children without them turning into latch key kids. :rolleyes:0 -
