T Mobile & 6630

My Nokia 6630 started to play up today, unable to make a call unless i turned it off/on and randomly crashing.

I called T Mobile who told me my Nokia was out of warranty. Nokia now give 2 years warranty on their phones but mine was bought a month before they bought this in.

What would you do. My contract ends in september but would cost £73.04 to end now. I am on the Flext 20 tarriff.

Any Suggestions

Thanks
Martin

I'm puzzled...you say that you are on the flext 20 tariff but that your contract ends in September? The flext tariff is an 18 month minimum term and was only widely introduced last month (after a brief spell being promoted solely via TMobile's website).

Either they have allowed you to transfer to it without extending your existing term (I would find that hard to believe) or your minimum term isn't up until September NEXT year. If the latter, then £70 is an astonishingly good price for an early exit at this point.

Sorry if i have confused anyone.

my contract ends this september. I moved my talk plan to Flex 20 when they introduced it as it was better value for money than my old tarriff.

my nokia is just over 1 year old.

I would phone a Nokia service centre I think they give more than 1 year warranty to cover time before it reaches the user. TYpe *#0000# and check the date, if you have not upgraded the firmware and it less thn 18 months you should be OK , worth a try.
