Back from ww, I stayed the same weight and am quite happy with that, I know if I had gone last week I would have lost some but its gone back on again this week, so at least overall I've stayed the same ;) Now I need to get back on track and start losing some before xmas again :D

Back from the dentist (again ), this time I had a filling, a crown prep and something else but not sure what its called. I have to go again in 2 weeks to have the crown fitted, but thats only a 20 minute appointment. She also gave me a prescription for special toothpaste, she said she's never seen such soft teeth as mine before :o My Mum was the sme, she'd lost all her teeth by the time she was 30, they literally crumbled, one day she was eating a banana and one broke. She was a dental nurse for a while and the dentist said to her that even if she had an appointment every week he wouldn't have been able to save her teeth :o Looks like I inherited that from her while my sister inherited the size 10 figure

Other than that not much else to report again today, I spent £10 in Asda before my appointment, I needed milk and choccy but also got ds some new jeans, reduced to £3.50, he's suddenly got taller and they're all too short), a new school jumper, reduced to £1 and 5 pairs of socks, reduced to £2.50 :D

Just waiting for the injections to wear off so I can eat some dinner and then a bath.

I had much the same from my dentist a few weeks ago and had two fillings done on the one side last week. I've also got special toothpaste - not much of a taste to it, just need to remember not to rinse.
The other side is being done just after h-t, including mending the tooth I broke whilst on holiday in August - I poured chocolate sauce onto ice-cream and it set rock hard!!! People don't believe me when I say I broke my tooth on chocolate sauce!

Yay its friday afternoon again!!:j Ds has a school disco tonight, I will go and do the food shopping while he's there, then he's off to his dads tomorrow for the weekend. I'm out tomorrow night for a friends birthday but other than that I don't have much planned, although there is plenty of housework, matched bets, general pottering stuff to be done ;):D

Nothing much else today, 10p and 20p on the scratchcards, no surprises in the banking, postie brought me a sample of simple moisturiser, no idea why! Diet isnt going too well again, I just seem to have lost all my motivation yet again :o Only one more week till half-term, thank goodness :D

High street perusal done, I visited 4 charity shops but they are sooo expensive, one of them had 2 pairs of Hobbs trousers for £8.50 each  Now I know they're expensive to start with but they were well worn and this seems an awful lot for 2nd hand stuff
I did but some bits in the local £1-type shop, I got ds a cute halloween mask (£1), an orange halloween tablecloth (59p), a literacy gold star workbook for ds (£1.50) and a pirate flag (79p). I also bought 4 stamps (£1.56), some sweets (£1.50):o and 6 birthday cards and a gift box (£6.56). Thats all the birthday cards I need for the rest of the year, so at least I dont need to worry about finding them nearer the time.

An mse friend has just helped me with a reload offer that should bring in £18 on tuesday, I also have several bets already in place for this afternoon, and once they settle I should have enough in the account to place the free bet, hopefully on one of tomorrows matches, so a bit more money to come from there later in the weekend :D

I have a headache now, off for some tablets, then I must crack on with the housework

One of those qualifiers has settled which has let me place the free bet which should bring in £35 proit this afternoon
The place is looking reasonably tidy, have hoovered through and it will do for now but its not great. I only have 5 more days at work before a week off, so will blitz it properly then ;)

I do need to get the ironing done this weekend though and I still need to clean out the piglets.
