I also finally got round to doing backup discs of windows for the laptop in case it ever crashes, and also sent off my id to a bookies so I can make a withdrawal (have been meaning to do it for 3 months
). Lastly, inbox is empty except for a pile of surveys, am sure most are probably now closed but will plod through them later when I'm having vegging time again
Oh, and am doing a full scan on laptop as I never remembr to get round to that either !!
Benben I've not backed up my new laptop yet either, how many discs did it take? I'm a bit of a numpty about these things.
Also how do you do a full scan?

Um, its not as impresive as it sounds really KM, the backup thing kept coming up as a popup when I switch it on, its not a backup of my files its just of windows. It took 2 discs.
I have Norton 360 on my laptop and I just had to click on the icon and press 'full scan' and leave it to do its thing; see, told you it wasn't exactly hard workbut its one of those things I never get round to doing, (like emptying the fluff bit in the bottom of the washing machine). If you go to control panel there should be something there I think about doing a scan?
