Morning
I've woken up in a getting on mood, I've cleaned the guinea pigs, vaguely got the kitchen straight, filled and run the dishwasher, done one load of washing and deep-cleaned the bathroom at last
I also weighed myself this morning and am 11 stone 4.5lbsI'm point counting again (weightwatchers) but am going to weigh myself instead of paying them £5 a week to do it for me
I'm hoping to be back at 10 stone 7lbs by the time we go back to school, and then I can get back into going to the gym again.
I'm off now to tackle the monster that is my wardrobeMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Gulp....you may be gone some time then, if you wardrobe is anything like mine!!0

Yup, its a big job
Its the reason my bedroom is constantly a mess, I can't get everything away so its always untidy. I have cleared out the stuff I haven't worn for at least a year and really old stuff, and there is a mountain already for the car boot. There are a couple of bits I will ebay but most of it isn't worth it. I can't believe how many black jumpers I've got
They are handy for work, but does anyone really need 8 of them  or 4 chocolate brown chunky cardigans?
But I still can't part with any of the cardi's, I love them!
Time for lunch now then I need to crack on againMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

haha! you and I seem to mirror each other with the weight thing - I am a couple of lbs heavier at 11 st 6.5......telling myself I will lose a stone.
I am sure that losing a bit of weight will help my energy levels as much as anything, so although I don't expect to lose a stone by the time they go back to school, I would hope I can lose a stone by my birthday at the beginning of November, which seems reasonable for me.
Good luck with point counting!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Hi BBAM I have been pointed in the direction of your thread by our gorgeous Ellidee as I have just started my own diary and need a bit of inspiration.......
Good Oh on the matched betting, I must get back into it now the season is back up and running again. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Welcome Louise, that was lovely of Ellidee, although I'm not sure you'll find too much inspiration here, its lots of weightloss ideas but not much weightloss generally
The point counting has gone a bit wrong already, I had loads of nice stuff in the fridge to use up and I can't afford to just bin it, so had crusty bread, couscous and salad for lunch. I haven't had any sweets or biscuits though so thats good
My wardrobe and drawers are all sorted now, there is enough clothes on my bed to fill a suitcase easily, so they will all be heading down to the garage to be boxed up ready for the car boot sale. Think I might tackle the other cupboard in my bedroom next which is full of smellies and paperworkMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

I was more looking for inspiration for money making ideas Ben:D
Need to shift some additional borrowing on the mortgage and plan to be mortgage free by 12/12/12
I am doing Slimming World and finding it slow but OK.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Omg Louise, I wasn't suggesting that at all, I'm soooo sorry!!! What I *meant* was my moneymaking is a bit lacking this holiday and I keep getting sidetracked by my attempts at weightloss that don't get very far
I really wasn't suggesting you would need weightloss help
... anyway, hopefully you'll stick around and give me another try

I have thicker skin than that anywayBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Glad I hadn't offended you
Well, I'm really pleased with what I've got done so far today, the place is starting to feel less cluttered, although the hall is packed full of stuff waiting to go downstairs to the garage for the car boot sale
My plan now is to potter for a while, getting bits and pieces, but nothing major as I have tackled lots of big stuff today. I'm going to whack in some chicken in the oven and do some rice, not the best ww meal but at least the snacks have been cut out today so far. Then I may have a quick shower before settling down to watch the footie tonight and hopefully getting a few bits on ebay while its onMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
