CommsDirect and 3 admin fee?
I got a "cold call" from Comms Direct who are pushing the 3 network.
As my current Vodaphone deal is about to end.I thought I'd try it but after a couple od days I decided to cancel under the cooling off period option.
The reasons being,I do not want to be bound by an 18month contract, the phone on offer is quiet "old hat" now and on my Wife's 3 phone, she suffers from dropped calls and poor reception coverage.
When I first agreed to the deal,I had to pay a one off "admin fee" of £19.99,so when I rang up and cancelled I asked for my 20 quid back and they said in was non-refundable.
I think this is wrong.
Where do I stand and what do I do now?
Thanx
