Oh, now I got you. But house is a house, right, regardless if its a flat or detached or bungalow? My point of argument is that UK has enough number of houses (any form) to shelter every family. no. if you have 17.1M familys they do not fit in to the remaining 15 million homes regardles of the size.
If you split everyone up yes we could live 2.4 to a house (providing every property had 3 bedrooms) but that is like saying house prices are fine because I can afford one.
perhaps this is one we should disagree on as I think you should in theory to stop HPI have enough homes for every family,0
