Just completely ignore it or send it to spoof at ebay.
    and then delete it.

and then just wait and seewhat happens to your account.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

    I would do further investigations.

Check your bought items in ebay
    Check your transactions in PP
Pop into the Techie forum and get them to help you give your PC the once over

There are several elements about this story that suggest both your ebay and PP accounts may have been hacked. I think it's better to take that possibility seriously.

If they have used your name it more than likely is real. Send it to spoof@paypal.com
Go directly to your paypal account and check whats going on.

Probably agree with the above but they might come back looking for it sometime in the future. So I would probably make a (small) effort and send ebay an email for clarification.

But I would also be checking that there were no unauthorised withdrawls via paypal or any strange activity on my ebay account.

    Edit:-

Oops need to learn to post faster sorry for repeating the above.

I wouldn't bother emailling ebay or PP - you won't get a sensible reply.
Log in to your accounts and check everything carefully.
