thanks Billy, the vr offer isnt flexible and they wont say if cr will be a different figure..... its a tough decision and my head is saying stay for now. My ankle is progressing well thanks, didnt realise how frustrating it must be for people with walking problems, ill have more sympathy from now on!Mortgage free:beer:

just a quick update of where i am at. Back at work this week and my ankle isnt too bad considering, still a long way to go before it feels more normal. I never took the VR, 8 in my factory have done and they have to wait 'up to 6 weeks' to find out if they are successfull. Things looking good on the mortgage front and i should go sub 30k next month. I think it will be my last OP for a while as im gonna try n pay off my c/c's i got 2 with under 2k on them, im not sure what the amount is as its a rolling figure and we use them for near everything. Just wanted to get sub 30k before i do that as its another achievement for me and very psychological for me!
Anyway thats where im at for now & still on track to be mf in 5Mortgage free:beer:

When life is getting me down I try to remember to thank God for the blessings0 -
thanks for the encouragement
, although not quite sub 30k untill april. My ankle in generally feeling better although it does have its off days!
Ive still not given up on getting a 2nd property so i may not end up mortgage free for a while yet but thats the target at the moment.
Going off on a tangent a bit i was wondering what people think of bio diesel? has anyone tried it? ive found a garage near me that sells it for around £1 litrel which is 35p a litre saving.0.35x 50 = £17.50!!!. & seeing as we have 2 cars its double savings!, ive read up on it and believe its better lubrication for the engine and that once you start using, start with 20% then 50% gradually as the fuel pump may need replacing because it can bring sludge up from the bottom of your tank. Also ive heard it can freeze in cold temperature so i wont be using in mid winter.Feel free to comment as im looking for peoples views on it.Mortgage free:beer:

my mechanic advised me not to bother with bio fuel so ive put that on the backburner for now.
The good news is my balance as of 2april 2011 is ........
£29493.08

balance as of 13.5.11 is £ 28579.82.
All people who put in for vr at work have now been accepted and will leave by the end of the month. Lets hope ive made the right decision in staying!
My credit card balance is £1200 at the moment, i still feel the need to O.P. the mortgage and worry about c/c another time while i still keep finding the 0% deals. Nationwide sent me a letter confirming with my normal payment, the end date of my mortgage is down to March 2016!
My target is july 2014 so im getting ever closer to my target of mf in 5 yrs. Goig to look at fixing my gas and electric as ive heard the price is going to rise.
Thats enough waffle for now

thanks ally, i wont lie its been a struggle & ive had plenty of brickwall moments! but im over half way now so that is keeping me going.
I think unless any property jumps out at me then we will be waiting untill the mortgage is paid before taking the plunge of a second property.Mortgage free:beer:
