its been a quick month has february with my sons birthday coming up things are tight but still managed my £500 o.p. thanks to getting some fuel allwance for going and working offsite for a few weeks. The bad part was i got a chip on my windscreen but luckily i only had to pay £10 exess to fix it. With doing the extra work it has had an impact on my college work, hopefully i can turn it around before june, there arent enough hours in the day at the moment and ive been a nightmare to live with! OH is a saint living with me!
tv licence next month, just had my water bill and its £10 cheaper than last year which was a pleasant suprise!.im still waiting for the dreaded council tax bill..... hopefully springs just around the corner which always cheers me up.Mortgage free:beer:

just a quick update for this month.
i am back to my normal job and have saved up my o.p for april( i have to wait until 1st) so things are back to normal and i can concentrate on catching up on college work.ive planted a few vegetables last w/e as it seems we are finally out of winter!things are looking good at the moment so i can plan forward on saving up for may's o.p. keep up the o.p's everyone its a long journey but it will be worth it in the end.At my current rate (which i doubt i can keep up) i could be mf by 2014 woohoo!:TMortgage free:beer:

i have been looking into buying a small flat to rent out , i know it looks like a step backwards to becoming mf but in the longer term it makes sense and would mean a nice nest egg for retirement. theres lots of things to look into but if i dont take the risk i may look back and wonder 'what if'.Mortgage free:beer:
