Cheap sim for 2 weeks in Dubai

We will be taking our 2 Nokia 5800s on holiday with us. We would like to use a couple of cheap local PAYG sim cards that will be binned or given away when we leave - can anyone point us in the right direction for a decent local network please?

    or you could look into global roaming SIMs, some of which have free incoming calls there, and reasonable outgoing rates
