Does anyone know of any good cheap Mobile Networks? I used to use Blyk, but now they're closing

So i was wondering if someone could tell me any good cheap Mobile Networks

If its PAYG tesco and asda are the cheapest.

Surely Virgin at £8.50 per month (no contract) with 100 mins 100 texts and 30p a DAY for web browsing is better?
