Samsung on Orange - best deal?

Apologies for asking but I feel like I'm going round in circles. I'm hoping to get a new contract mobile since my payg has little to no battery life left. I've always preferred samsung phones, and OH and I have agreed that Orange is the way forward for us. I'm happy with the idea of cashback if the dealer is not a known cowboy. I'm looking at sites through Quidco at the moment since any extra money back would be good. I'm also looking at 12 rather than 18 months (though I don't really know why, current phone is three years old now!)

Do you have any recommendations as to good offers? I've found a d600 on canary 30 (which I think will be fine for me) at 1.99 for seven months, then full price for the final five. Can this be bettered? Think it may have been a clearance phone, but refurb doesn't bother me too much ...

yes, but I wanted orange. Have decided on a similar one to the one I had seen - onestopphoneshop 8 months at £1.99, through quidco, on canary 30. Works out at less than £10 per month, so I'm a happy bunny!
