There is no grounds here for ebay to remove the negative so don't get your hopes up at all.
AS she has already left a negative I would make things as difficult as possible for her now, let her open a SNAD claim, if she wins drag it out as it is going to cost her to return the item tracked. Do everything by the book, just do it ultra slow.
Oh and don't forget to make sure she is firmly on your blocked buyer list.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Ebay won't remove the neg, and at least if it stays, you can calmly reply to it, and everyone will see what a loonatic this woman is. Just reply below the neg stating "apparently the white bag didn't match her blouse, so I got a neg. Avoid this buyer". People will read that and understand completely, so the neg should hopefully do you no damage.
If she opens a dispute, she needs to return it recorded delivery as she'll need to supply a tracking number to paypal. If she doesn't send it back tracked and it turns up, then personally I would pretend you never got it...
Have you looked at this buyer's account to see if she's left lots of other negs?
Can we have her username so we can all block her?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Like other people say just respond to the negative feedback with the truth (but try and be accurate and don't insult her otherwise Ebay can remove that). I have had people complaining that a used handbag has signs of wear and tear (was started at a penny and had XL high defintion photos and listed as used) and that an accessory didn't match their outfit. Both times I have pointed out to them that the listing described the item as best I can and will not be giving a refund. I suggest to them that the best thing to do is sell it themselves again on Ebay and see if they can get their money back. Both times they have opened paypal disputes and both times they have let it laspe without going to full blown dispute. End of the day if your a private seller and you list it and then they change their mind then tough luck. If your a buyer then obviously if they change their mind for whatever reason then you have legal responsiblites.
You did right not giving in and as long as you give an honest response to the feedback then few buyers will take much notice of it.0 -
what did the neg actually say? sorry it might have been posted and ive missed it0
-
The feedback she's actually put is ''Complained to seller - he offered refund, but never gave or replied to emails''
This a complete lie as I have all the emails saved that I have sent her. Do you think I could get it removed now?If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.0

No .... Do you think I could get it removed now?

I'd be reluctant to post an ID if I was the OP. It only takes a run through Goofbay and everyone has your ID as well...
This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.
