Nokia 6600 Slide and O2

Hi Guys,

My GF has a Nokia 6600 Slide on 24 month contract on O2.

She has had the phone since the end of April 2009 and also has O2 insurance.

4 or so weeks ago, she noticed that it was behaving oddly by just hanging or not opening messages or not being able to answer calls.

She called O2 who told her to send it in for repair. She did that through her nearest O2 retail store and she got it back last Wednesday.

O2 said they had performed a software upgrade and all was working ok. She turned it on this morning and the same fault has happened again.

O2 have told her to send it back to them for repair and still think its a software problem. However she has checked the software through Nokia's website and they say the software is upto date.

She feels that if she sends it back again she will be paying for a months line rental and getting half of its value.

Is there a way she can get this issue resovlved??
