    Out of interest, on what grounds did you get the feedback removed and did ebay remove the full neg (red dot) or just the comment?

    The full neg was removed on the grounds that PP found in my favour:j Was a bit unexpected really but thought I'd give it a go and now I'm glad I did.
    I only emailed them last night and it was gone by this morning

    Result. You deserved to win this one and getting rid of the neg is a huge bonus. I wasn't aware that ebay removed negs on those grounds, but it's good to know. Thanks for the update.

    No I just explained in the email that PP had found in my favour,
    mind you the pp dispute was item not as described with the reason stated that the coupon wasn't valid, neg said the same.
    PP sided with me in that the coupon was in date and therefore valid, so as described in the listing.
    Hope that makes sense:D
