PP dispute

Hi
I sold on ebay a SAKs hair voucher from the NOTW because all my area was booked.
I sent it the same day as it was paid for and a week later got an email from the buyer saying all her area was fully booked.
I put in the listing all the participating salons and thought any potential buyers would call ahead before making the purchase.
Anyway they didn't and wanted a refund I told them no as I has sent what was listed.
Now they have a neg:mad: (my 1st out of 700!!!!) saying the voucher wasn't valid
Fair enough that I accept I s'pose!!
BUT
they have also opened a PP dispute saying the item was not as described??
Should I just sit it out and let them escalate the claim as I am not going to give the refund voluntarily
Are PP likely to refund them?
Sorry rant over:o

i would argue your case with PP
the item is as described
i recall another post recently on the same thing0 -
you sold them the voucher, you were not going to do the work yourself, it is up to them to bok a salon. fight it all the waymortui non mordent0

As the buyer has already left feedback I would now make this as difficult as posisble for them. Fight the paypal claim, if they win insist on them using tracking to send it back..just be awkward.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. ỳou are not at fault here, how can it not be as described. she bid on a voucher, she got a voucher. it's not your fault that the salons had no openings. that said, paypal always seem to be in favour of the buyer, so will probably insist on a refund. you may be better off calling them.0

i would be interested in the outcome of the dispute0
