Hiya,
As i am starting back work after being on benefits, i will receive an extra £40 per week for 52 weeks, and rather than using the money then coming unstuck when it runs out, i thought it would be best to save it but i have no idea where to put it! idealy i wanted to put it in an account where i couldnt touch it or at least one where it is hard to wihdraw, i have looked at the halifax 7% one, but i really get confused with all the figures and stuff, so was wondering if anyone could give me some much needed advice.
Thank you xx

A regular saver would be the best option if you don't want access to it for a year.
Alliance and Leicester offer a 10% reg saver and there are plenty of 7% regular savers out there.Happy chappy0 -

Halifax regular saver is a stand alone one I think ie you don't have to have a linked current account and the amounts you can put in each month can be variable ( up to a maximum of £250)0
