vodafone voicemail question

hey all

im a new user to vodafone , ive posted on their forum but no respone lol

i got my first voicemail message and it says dial "121 send " i get a number not recognised tone

i then tried to turn off voicemail ...1210 send ...same again not recognised

am i doing it right...as in 121 call , i dont have the option of send , just the call button like im phoning someone

Try calling them on 191 if you've a few hours to spare...

Yes, call 121 then listen and it should work. Good luck sorting anything out with this network!

hmm great must be a problem then...dialing 121 says number not recognised /in use lol

It sounds like you have the wrong voicemail number stored. Dial *#67# to get your number then save this onto your phone and use that to access your voicemail
