As well as the £15 each way Advance Singles that you have found, did you notice this return leg...
Dep Euston 19:54, arr Crewe 23:43. Advance Single = £8.00.

Also if you could arrive at Euston at 12:41 then the outward leg can be done for £11.50.

So a possible total of £19.50... maybe.

Remember, that with Advance Singles you must travel on the booked trains.

But if you want more flexability, an Off Peak Day Return via LM trains only is only £31.00, and you could arrive at Euston as early as 10:49.

Hey, thanks for that. Unfortunately the 19:54 return is too late for my local connection from Crewe. Looks like £30 is pretty much the best deal. Thanks again !

Cheap tickets for that Sunday have not yet been released by Virgin.

hello, my first post on here. I need to get to East London from Birmingham on Sat 15th january.......I am thinking New Street or Snow Hill to Euston or Marleybone and then get a tube.

At the moment I am getting £40.90 from Virgin which seems crazily high and £19.50 from Chiltern

Can anyone help me......i was expecting to pay say £10-12 each way on an advance tkt basis ?

Neither Chiltern or Virgin have released the cheaper tickets for your date yet. When the time comes, also consider London Midland Trains, who also have yet to release the cheaper tickets..
